Marco Mancillas

Austin – Lead Consultant

Marco Mancillas’ brings a wealth of political, non-profit and business experience to the TFG team. Marco started as a staffer in the Texas Senate, Texas House of Representatives, Austin City Council and as Texas House Assistant Committee Clerk. His political work eventually lead him into working in advocacy using his lasting relationships in the Legislature to lead the efforts on reform for countless business and non-profit organizations.

Marco has over 15 years of experience with bond, local, county, state and congressional campaigns. He has also held various leadership positions in organizations such as Gold Communications, the MELJ Justice Center, Hispanic Physicians Association, Discovery Programs and the United States Hispanic Contractors Association.

Marco was appointed by Mayor Lee Leffingwell to the City of Austin MBE/WEB Small Business Advisory Committee and to the Mexic-Arte Museum Public Relations Committee. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Latino Healthcare Forum.

Mancillas graduated from St. Edwards University with a double degree in Marketing and Business Management.
